Hey there! My name is Kirsten. I am the Owner/Founder of Sisu Bakery.

My passion is to influence the Type 1 Diabetes Community ( and those that are taking control of their health) to take control of their disease/life.

My son was diagnosed at the age of three with Type 1 Diabetes.

Healthy eating promotes health for the entire body!
Food is the most underused medication.
